Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was received

The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, seals, and protective materials

The package must not have been opened, worn, washed, or tampered with.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Proof of Condition

Before a return is approved, customers must provide clear photo and/or video evidence showing:

- The item is unused and unopened

- The original packaging is intact

- All tags and seals are present

If sufficient proof is not provided, the return request may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Items that have been opened, used, worn, washed, or damaged

- Items without original packaging, tags, or seals

- Sale items or items marked as final sale

- Gift cards

- Items returned after the 30-day period

  2. Include your order number and required photo/video proof

  3. If approved, you will receive return instructions

  4. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will handle all costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of this policy.
